Keep up with the addict

No, I don’t smoke but I do make New Year’s resolutions.

I’ve been toying with a lot of ideas lately.  I mean a whole lot of ideas.  There are so many things I wish that I did, were better at doing or were better about doing.  Thus, the reason that it has taken so, so long to get this post up is that it is really hard to pare the list down to a manageable (or at least what I consider to be a manageable) number of items.

What made the list, then?  Well…

In 2010, I resolve to:

  1. Stick to the Stash Appreciation 2010 program.  Details in a post coming soon…
  2. Lose enough weight to fit back into the crap-ton of clothes I purchased when I was one size smaller than I am now.
  3. Start and stick to a year-long photo project.  I have seen a lot of interesting ideas including 365 projects, weekly projects and subject specific projects along with every shade in between.  They all look great and sound really interesting but I’m not sure what exactly I want to do.  I aim to have a project picked out by the end of February and started by the end of March.
  4. Write, write, write… for marginalia that is…  I want to post a minimum of one post a week, but hopefully more.
  5. Get organized!!  Keep my calendar up-to-date and make “to do” lists.  It’s all about baby steps…

And that’s it!! Aren’t you proud of me for making the list so short?!  I think that that is plenty to keep me busy for now.  Besides, I’m sure I’ll pick up other projects and goals along the way, as I inevitably do every year…
